Intensive 8-week training program teaching full-cycle sales for B2B business service providers, covering each stage of the pipeline in detail and providing the real world tool kits for approaching each one.
Custom built Full Cycle Sales Pipeline with Users Manual and Operational Framework for daily, weekly, and monthly sales operations. Delivered in an immediately usable format with clear and measurable controls.
Ongoing strategic advisory support after the completion of Phase One training sessions and the delivery of Phase Two with complete sales pipeline, sales guidebook and sales playbook. Six advisory sessions spread out over three months.
Additional task based project(s) to A) install, configure, and train the sales executives on a chosen CRM software for B2B sales campaigns, and/or B) create the digital asstes to be used as collateral throughout the designed full cycle B2B sales pipeline.

Each of the different features of the Founder's B2B Sales Pipeline Program are listed below and described in detail. All of the features are included as necessary components of the program.
Intensive Training Program
This is an 8 session training program, with one 60 minute training session each week. Each training session is allowed up to 90 minutes for buffer. Each session covers a portion of the full cycle pipeline and is tailored to the trainee's industry and line of sales. The topics covered per session are listed here:

Conversational instruction at the attendees own pace is important. We won't rush for the sake of covering ground within a specified time frame. If time runs out an additional workshop session is allowed.

Playbook: Routine and framework applied to the specific attendee's use case for daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

Fractional Sales Director (3 Month)
Strategic advisory and extended sales implementation support by way of 1-hour long strategy sessions over the course of the three months following culmination of the Training Program, and delivery of the Sales Pipeline, the Guidebook, and the Playbook. The date of completion/delivery of these stages shall be considered "Go-Live".
