Rafael Sabbagh is a multidisciplinary operator and enterprise sales executive who has built revenue from zero across some of the most competitive and complex industries in business — from regulated government technology and enterprise SaaS to professional services and B2B service providers. He has launched and grown in geographic markets spanning the Continental US, LatAm, and the Caribbean.
Before founding AllQuotas, Rafael spent a decade in the trenches — leading government contract procurement across seven states, co-founding and growing a software company, producing over $6 million in enterprise sales, and directing business operations for a flagship contract at one of the most recognized hospitality brands in the world. He holds an MBA from the University of Florida and is a native bilingual in English and Spanish.
